Application process: Roles and responsibilities
Each Network partner interested in participating in the initiative as host or guest should apply via the staff exchange web-based platform and keep their profiles updated.
Procedure for enrolment:
- It is compulsory to use the staff exchange web-based platform for applications. Applications will be validated by the EASME.
- Identify an Enterprise Europe Network partner you would like to host you for a staff exchange via a search in the SED database.
- Contact the partner by phone/email and discuss time and location and content of the staff exchange.
- Afterwards one of the two organisations (preferably the guest) inserts the staff exchange in the Staff Exchange database
How to insert a staff exchange?
1) Login with your account
2) Select "Staff-Exchange Profiles" from the main menu
3) Identify your staff exchange partner (use one of the given search options)
4) Click the button "Show Profile" displayed next to each EEN partner profile
5) Click the green button "Book Staff Exchange"
Once the staff exchange is finished, the Guest partner evaluates the staff exchange by filling in the online report available on this platform.
